This is the time for the Final LEC Meeting to plan
for the W4N Section Conclave in September. We also open nominations
of Lodge Officers, so if you want to run for Lodge office this is your
chance. This is also the End of Summer Lodge Gathering for FUN, FOOD,
GAMES and FELLOWSHIP. Come
and buy your new Lodge Tee Shirt to be ready for Conclave.
Come and share your stories of summer fun and Scouting
adventures with you fellow Arrowmen, play games and have a great lunch. See the
Volleyball Challenge, Youth against the Adults; Lodge and Chapter Offers vs
the Lodge and Chapter Advisers.
Check In - 8:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.
LEC Metting - 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
Lunch - 12:00
Fun, Games and Fellowship - 10:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
Transportation to and from the event is the responsibility of the individual scout. If
not transported by parent, permission slip should be signed and carried by vehicle
operator. RSVP to your Chapter Chief due by Wednesday, August 19th, 2009 for food.

2009 - W4N Section Conclave September 11-13, 2009
September 11-13, the NEW Section W4N will be holding it’s inaugural Conclave.
The Conclave will be at Camp Verdugo Oaks, Castaic, California.
For those that don’t know what a Section Conclave is, it is like a Camporee,
but with the Lodges that make up a Section. Our new Section W4N consists of Chumash, Malibu, Spe-Le-Yai,
Topa Topa, Yowlumne and of course the BEST Siwinis Lodge.
At the Conclave you will find: Fellowship, Training, Games, Shows, Competitions,
Ceremonies, Dance Education, Elections, Patch Trading and the 2009 National Order of the Arrow Chief.
Whether you are a new arrowman, or have been in the Order longer than your Chief has been alive, the W4N
Conclave has something for you. So come out and celebrate the beginning of a legacy that is W4N.
